Not per seat.Per day.
The model is open source and stays that way. If anything here ever costs money it is time — and this page says how it would be counted.
There is no license to buy, no seats to count and nothing hosted. Nothing is being sold today, and it may never be: whether this becomes consulting at all is part of what is being validated.
One meter
Consulting would be billed time and material: hours worked, plus expenses agreed in advance. No package, no band, no minimum.
1 Tag = 8 Stunden · 1 day = 8 hours
Half days exist; part-hours do not. Whatever gets built in a week is in the model that week — you see the work where it lives, not in a status report.
There is no rate, and nobody to ask for one. It would depend on the scope, and a number on a website that fits every engagement fits none — it would belong in a proposal, if there is ever a proposal to write.
Everything else is free
A meta-model is only worth anything if it gets adopted. Anything that makes adoption more expensive works against the point, so none of it costs anything.
Free, forever
- The vocabularyTypes, schemas, conventions. Apache 2.0.
- The toolingWhatever gets built to create the model and keep it current is open source — not the paid half of a free thing.
- The talksDeck, PDF and audio, in both languages.
- Your contentWhat you describe is yours. This project claims no interest in it.
- Doing it yourselfThat is the normal case, not the budget one. Most people need nobody for it.
Considered, not accepted
- A per-seat licenseCounts readers. A model meant for people and AI at once must not cost more the more of them read it.
- A per-entry pricePunishes completeness. A half-filled model is precisely what this is built to avoid.
- A paid edition of the modelTwo vocabularies, one of them better, stop being a meta-model.
How the bill behaves
You can stop at any time. No term, no retainer, no notice period. What exists by then sits in your repository and keeps working without me — which is the point of an open model.
There is nothing to be locked into. No account, no service, no data held here. When the consulting ends, nothing about what you have changes.
None of this is running today. No proposal, no rate, no contact and nothing to buy — and it may stay that way. Whether any of this ever earns anything is one of the questions being validated in the open. The page is here anyway, so the question is answered before it is asked.
